Return to the BBlog Results: 1 matches for your search: Save Me, Data! The 3:30 am wake-up call continues. Once again, I thought it was much later than it was, but it was still 3:30. This time I had the added bonus of a web dream right before I awoke. I was in my grandparent's old house with Kevin and Alex from Digg.com. They were running the site on some 80s-style boomboxes. Kevin was acting depressed so I cheered him up. Other stuff happened, but it was weird. If you remember the ST:TNG episode where everyone is going crazy, because they aren't getting any REM sleep that's about how I'm starting to feel. I need Data to come in and flash some lights for me, then I'll be OK. The plus side of starting work at 4 am is that you can get a lot done by 9 pm. I get a chuckle when I see games being advertised as "addictive." Isn't being addicted a bad thing? Do you really want to start playing something that you might never be able to stop? Or will we starting using terms like "self-destructive" or "vegetative" to start describing games? Think about it.
