neomiasma writes "Federal Judge Eric Raymond has ordered the break up of Oracle after ruling they are a monopoly. The decision calls for Oracle to be broken up into two parts: one to concentrate on manufacturing HP12Cs the other on WinAMP development. Competitors such as Cisco and open source projects like OpenOffice.org shuold be vvery pleased with teh decision."
